How do I contact customer service?

If you would rather contact us by telephone we can be reached at (800) 332-1884. We strive to answer all incoming calls but sometimes you may receive voicemail. If you do, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

When contacting customer service please include as much information as possible including your name and contact information, order number, the nature of your inquiry. If possible, please include a telephone number where we may reach you if necessary. This information will only be used by our customer service department only in the event that we need to contact you directly.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

How do I update my account?
If you have changes to be made to your account, please refer to our homepage and click on the Update Account link on the left side of the homepage under the Account heading. Please make sure you update your account before placing your order to ensure that your order reflects the updated account information.

Do you automatically renew my subscription every year?
NO. Magazine Deals Now will never automatically renew any subscription ordered through our website.

When will I receive my subscription?
When you place your order with Magazine Deals Now your order is sent to our clearinghouse within just a few days. The actual delivery of your first issue will depend on how quickly the publisher processes your order and how frequently the magazine you have ordered is published. If you have ordered a weekly or monthly publication, naturally you will receive it much quicker than a bi-monthly or quarterly publication. The most common timeframe for delivery of your first issue is 6-14 weeks, however, some publishers may require more time to deliver your first issue depending on the frequency of the magazine ordered.

The most common cause of delay in receiving your first issue is the advance printing of mailing labels by the publisher. Most publishers print their mailing labels in advance (1-4 issues). What this means is that the publisher has already printed mailing labels and affixed them to upcoming magazine issues. When your order is processed into the publishers system, your mailing label will be printed and affixed to the next available issue after those that have already been prepared (ie: if a publisher has prepared two advance issues, you would receive the third upcoming issue).

I have a promotional offer and it did not apply to my order. Why?
To apply a promotional offer to your order you must enter the promotion code during the checkout process and click on "click to apply". The deduction for the promotional offer will be immediately applied to your order and you will see the deduction before completing the checkout process.

Please note: Some magazines do not qualify for promotional offers. Magazines which do not qualify for promotional offers are clearly marked with a note that promotional offers do not apply.

If you have a promotional offer that did not properly apply to your order, please call our customer service department at (800) 332-1884. We will check your order and if the magazines ordered were eligible for the discount we will promptly issue a refund to your original form of payment for the promotion offer discount.

I already receive several magazines. Can I renew my subscriptions through you?
YES. If we carry the particular magazine you are looking for you may renew it through our website at any time. Just make sure that you indicate that the order is a renewal during the order process. Your order will be sent to the publisher and added to your existing order with them.

Can I order more than one magazine on my order?
YES. Ordering more than one magazine is easy. Just select the magazine you wish to order and place it in your shopping cart. Continue to select the magazines you wish to order and, when done, simply continue through the checkout process to complete your order. You may order one or one hundred. The choice is up to you. We just make it simple and affordable.

I want to order a gift for someone. Can I order a gift subscription through your website?
YES. Every magazine offered on our website is available as a gift subscription. During the order process simply indicate that the order is a gift and you will be prompted to enter the gift recipients name and address information.

Also, ordering multiple gifts is easy. No need for multiple orders. Just keep adding your selections to your shopping cart until you are finished ordering then proceed through our checkout process to complete your order.

Will you send a gift card announcement on a gift order?
Unfortunately due to the high volume of orders we process, we are unable to send gift cards to your gift recipient at this time. We would suggest that you send a card or note to your gift recipient letting them know their gift will be arriving in their mailbox very soon.

Can I cancel my order?
Magazine Deals Now offers our customers fantastic prices on all the magazines we carry. To be able to offer our customers these fantastic prices we must ask that you place your order with care to be sure that what you have ordered is what you wish to receive. If you find that you have ordered an item you wish to cancel, if the order has not yet been processed we will cancel the order for you and issue a refund to you. However, if the order has already been processed and is on the way to our clearinghouse, we cannot cancel the order and issue a refund to you.

All orders are processed on Tuesday each week. Requests for cancellation must be received no later than 8:00 a.m. (CST) on Tuesday. Cancellation requests received after this deadline cannot be processed.

Can I change magazines?
Our orders are processed Tuesday of each week. If your order has not yet been processed we can change your order. Please let us know what changes you wish to make to your order prior to Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. (EST). Requests for changes received after this time cannot be processed.

Do you charge shipping and handling?
NO. The price you see in your shopping cart is the only price you will pay. There are no additional charges.

Do you process foreign orders?
NO. You must have a valid United States address to place an order on our website.

Can I send a magazine to an inmate at a correctional facility?
YES. When ordering a magazine subscription for an inmate at a correctional facility, please make sure the magazine is allowed for delivery. Each correctional facility has its own rules and policies regarding the receipt of magazine subscriptions.

Please order carefully when placing inmate orders. We are not responsible nor can we guarantee the delivery of your order to an inmate should the facility decide the magazine is not appropriate or goes against their rules and/or policies. No refunds will be issued if a subscription is undeliverable to a correctional facility address.

My subscription started and then stopped. What do I do?
If you are missing issues, you may have a postal delivery problem or there may be a problem with the publisher. Please contact us directly at (800) 332-1884 or send an e-mail to our customer service department. Please include your order number and the problem which needs to be addressed. We will see that the issue is promptly resolved.

I am receiving duplicate issues. What do I do?
If you are receiving duplicate issues, please contact our customer service department and we will contact the publisher to correct the problem. We will also request that the publisher credit your account for the duplicate issues you receive.

How do I change my address?
When a change of address is required, please send us your order information which includes the magazines requiring an address change, your old address and your new address. We will ensure that your address is updated for each magazine. Please be sure to have a forwarding on file with your local post office to ensure that magazines still addressed to the old address are forwarded. It can take 1-2 issues for a mailing label to update with your new address.

I made a mistake on my order. What do I do?
If you find that your order contains an error, please send a copy of your receipt to our customer service department and include a note as to what the error is. We will do our best to promptly correct whatever error may exist.

Do you distribute my personal information?
NO. Magazine Deals Now will never sell, rent or distribute your e-mail address or any other personal information provided when you place an order with us. The only information released is the name and address of the magazine recipient to the publisher as they must have this information to fulfill the order.
